The vision of the Church of Scotland is to be a church which seeks to inspire the people of Scotland and beyond with the Good News of Jesus Christ through enthusiastic, worshipping, witnessing, nurturing and serving communities.

The Presbytery of Lochaber has fifteen congregations within nine charges. It is centred at Fort William in the West Highlands of Scotland. The purpose of this web site is to show to both locals and visitors alike some work that these congregations are undertaking. All times of services are here. You will be made very welcome if you want to join in with any of our activities.

The Church of Scotland has 43 Presbyteries which are area groupings. The Presbytery has many legal functions, but it's main purpose is to co-ordinate and to encourage the work of the Church of Scotland in its local area. For information on the Church of Scotland click on to the web site at www.churchofscotland.org.uk.

Web and email links have been placed, but if you want to communicate with us you could email the Presbytery Clerk at Lochaber@cofscotland.org.uk. The Presbytery Clerk is Mrs Ella Gill. The Clerk organises the affairs of Presbytery. This the view that she has from her Presbytery office.
